Structural Integrity

Assessment of stringers, blocks, and deck boards for cracks, splits, and overall strength. Load-bearing components must be sound and capable of supporting rated capacity.

Board Condition

Fastener Quality

Inspection of nails, screws, and other fasteners for proper placement, tightness, and absence of protruding elements that could damage products.

Cleanliness

Assessment of overall cleanliness including presence of dirt, stains, chemicals, oils, or biological contamination that could affect product safety.

Dimensional Accuracy

Verification that pallet dimensions meet specifications, ensuring compatibility with equipment, racking systems, and shipping containers.

Repair Quality

For repaired pallets, assessment of workmanship including proper materials, secure fastening, and structural restoration to original specifications.
