Grade A - Premium

Inspection Criteria
Structural Integrity
Assessment of stringers, blocks, and deck boards for cracks, splits, and overall strength. Load-bearing components must be sound and capable of supporting rated capacity.
Board Condition
Evaluation of top and bottom deck boards for breaks, excessive wear, and missing pieces. Board thickness and spacing must meet specifications.
Fastener Quality
Inspection of nails, screws, and other fasteners for proper placement, tightness, and absence of protruding elements that could damage products.
Cleanliness
Assessment of overall cleanliness including presence of dirt, stains, chemicals, oils, or biological contamination that could affect product safety.
Dimensional Accuracy
Verification that pallet dimensions meet specifications, ensuring compatibility with equipment, racking systems, and shipping containers.
Repair Quality
For repaired pallets, assessment of workmanship including proper materials, secure fastening, and structural restoration to original specifications.
